Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
Due to the nature if a housecall practice, we see patients by appointment ony. We also ask that you allow us to schedule appointments in a window of time (i.e. between 10:00 and 10:30 am). If we are running early or late, we will always call and let you know as much in advance as possible!
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards.
Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that all cats be confined in a room or carrier at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Cats seem to have a sixth sense about things and will often make themselves absent just when you need them!
