- A broader selection of heartworm and flea and tick preventatives than I can stock in the clinic, at prices comparable to the major online petsupply sites.
- All products sold online still carry the same manufacturer guarantee as if you purchased them directly from me!
- Home delivery of pet care products, diets, and medications in those situations where that is more convenient than coming to the clinic. This is especially convenient for pets who are on chronic medications such as arthritis, thyroid or caridac medications.
How Does it Work?
It's simple: First we examine and/or discuss your pet and it's problem. If your pet would likely benefit from medication or a special diet, we will recommend it and explain the potential benefits.
In most cases I will have the needed medication for you at the clinic, but in some cases I won't, or it would be more convenient if you got it from our Online Pharmacy. In this situation, all you have to do is place an order on our Online Pharmacy and we'll have it shipped directly to you. I can also place orders for you and all I will need is your billing and shipping information at the time of your visit.
You can always come to this website and click on the Shop Online logo above or on the homepage, and login. First time users will have to register; your username will be your FULL email address. You will choose your password. If you have any trouble with registration, you can call us here at the clinic.
Once you are logged in, you can search through the available products and place an order. Follow the instructions on the screen, and be sure to click the process order button just once to finalize your order and view the order confirmation screen.
Delivery:
Medications are delivered via UPS Ground and you should receive your order within 1-2 business days. Diets may take longer, as they ship directly from the manufacturer. For all non-diet orders over $39 they will be shipped absolutely FREE by UPS Ground, diet orders will carry an $8 PER COMPANY charge. There is no minimum or maximums on the diet shipping charge, if you order 1 bag or 500 bags from Royal Canin you will only pay $8, if you order one bag from Royal Canin and one from Nestle Purina then you will pay $16.
The dietary management of many diseases have come a long way, espeically for the treatment of diabetes, weight control, skin problems, gum disease, urinary tract problems, cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, Intestinal problems, debilitating illness, and even senility. The fact that we can successfully treat and manage so many diseases thru special diets is fairly new and exciting, but it created the problem of how to have so many different diets on hand and keep them fresh. Our Online Pharmacy solves that problem.
